Today most manufacturers use a single size of plastic handle for their full range of chisel sizes. Even 20 years ago this was not the case; handles were matched to the size of tool to give proper balance in use, making the tools easier to use effectively.
The classic handles of all time are turned octagonal handles — they fit the hand well, are very durable, will not roll on a bench, and are graduated in size.
Boxwood of any size is very hard to come by today, so the handles are both expensive and frequently unavailable. We have a reasonable stock, but caution you that supply will be erratic.
We list them by length and ferrule size.
