These cleverly designed roasting racks simplify lifting meat from a roasting pan and transferring it to a platter.
The integral handles make lifting easy, while the two-piece construction lets the rack divide so you can slide the two halves out from under the meat. Just pull out a connecting pin in the middle, and the two halves separate neatly as you pull the handles to either side.
To ensure good heat circulation, six 1" tall legs raise the meat above the drippings while it cooks. The pin has a silicone coating for grip and insulation against heat. All parts are easy to clean, and the two halves nest for compact storage.
Made of heavy-gauge steel with a non-stick coating, the racks are available in two sizes. For fowl and roasts up to 12 lb, the small rack measures 11-1/2" long by 6-1/2" wide in use (fits roasting pans 13" x 9" or larger); the large has a 25 lb capacity and measures 13-1/2" long by 12" (fits 16" x 13" or larger roasting pans).
