These versatile poles provide sturdy mounts for birdhouses, feeders, hanging baskets or lanterns, and are available in freestanding or post-mount versions.
Designed for use with the quick-connect hangers (available separately), the 27-1/2" tall
post-mount pole attaches to a wooden fence or railing post. It has a decorative finial tip and two 1-1/2" wide L-shaped mounting brackets that offset the pole 2-1/4" from the mounting surface.
Each of the two freestanding sets consists of a top fixture, three 28" long
steel tubes that fit together to form an 81" tall pole, and a 20-1/2" ground screw. The
flange-top pole has a
3-1/4" x 5-1/2" mounting plate with eight screw holes (four mounting screws included). Standing 91" tall to the tip of the finial, the
three-arm pole has a top fixture with arms that project 14", with upturned hook ends to suspend items up to 10 lb securely. Not recommended for use in soft, loamy soil.
The optional
pole extender fits all three pole sets, extending their height by 20". The
quick-connect hangers slip onto any of the poles with a twist and wedge firmly in position at any height. The 8" hanger holds up to 10 lb; the 16" hanger holds up to
