Manufactured in Italy since 1932, this traditional hand-crank
pasta machine lets you quickly roll and cut uniform strands
of fresh homemade pasta with ease.
You simply feed the dough into the 5-1/2" wide rollers
to press it into a thin sheet, and then pass the sheet through
the removable cutter. A locking adjustment dial allows the
pasta to be pressed into six thicknesses, and a removable
extension plate helps guide the dough as it moves through
the rollers and cutters.
The supplied double cutter head makes 1/16" (2mm) tagliatelle
(flat spaghetti) or 1/4" (6.5mm) fettuccine, but pressed
dough can also be hand cut to make other dishes such as lasagna
Weighing 7-1/4 lb, the unit has a heavy-duty chromed steel
housing, stainless-steel rollers and cutters, and a wooden
handle that detaches for storage.
The 7-3/4" x 5" base has non-slip rubber feet.
An included screw clamp attaches to a kitchen counter or table
top for stability when in use. Instructions and recipes included.
