Store Pickup Orders |

|
|
Store pick-up orders are verified and processed by the
store during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a store
pick-up notification e-mail. During business hours, you should receive this e-mail
within four hours of having placed your order. |

Checking Store
Availability |
|
|
|
|
Item availability can be checked at any of our retail
stores in one of two ways:
|

|
|
|
1) On a product page, click on the yellow shopping cart
icon. In the "Add to Cart" pop-up window, click on the "Check Store Availability"
link in the upper right-hand corner. Item availability will be listed for all of
our retail stores.
|
|
|
|
|
2) After adding the item to your shopping cart, click
on the "Check Store Availability" link below the cart buttons. This will allow you
to check store availability of the items in your shopping cart, wish list and purchase
later list for a selected store.

|
|
|
|
Please note: store availability
information is current, but may change as you shop. If you are travelling to one
of our stores, please contact the store to confirm item availability.

|
|
|
Items that are out of stock at the retail stores can be
back ordered for pick-up only. "Expected In-Store Dates" are provided at the time
of order placement. If a date is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as we
have additional information.

|
Placing
a Pre-paid Store Pick-up Order |
|
|
|
|
To place a pre-paid pick-up order, choose the "Store Pick-up"
option on the billing information screen and select the store where you would like
to pick up your order.
|
|
|
|
|
If you would like to designate someone else to pick up
your order, enter his or her name under "Who will pick up the order?". He or she
will be required to provide identification and a signature at the time of pick-up.
|
|
|
|
|
The store may need to contact you if there is a problem
with your order. To expedite order processing, please provide an e-mail address
or phone number where you can be reached during store hours.
|
|
|
|
|
Review the order details on the "Billing/Store Pick-up
Recap" screen and proceed to "Continue Checkout". The payment information screen
will display store availability.
|
|
|
|
|
A store pick-up reference number and an estimated pick-up
time will be provided as soon as you complete the checkout process. Your order confirmation
e-mail will also display this information.
|
|
|
|
|
Once you have completed your order, it still needs to
be verified at the store. It is important that you wait to receive a store
pick-up notification e-mail before going to the store.
