Barrel Hinge Installation Instructions
 

Easily Installed

Secure mounting in the wooden door or panel is assured by tightening the tensioning screw.

Templates are not available for barrel hinges. Not recommended for vertical or load bearing applications.

No load recommendations available, for light applications only.

*If desired, a customer supplied secondary screw may be installed in the groove that is 180 degrees from the tensioning screw; this is optional.
 
 
00H36.10   6.8 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 10 mm hole with a depth of 11 mm.
 
00H36.12 8.1 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 12 mm hole with a depth of 15.5 mm.
 
00H36.14 9.5 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 14 mm hole with a depth of 15.5 mm.
 
00H36.16   10.6 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 16 mm hole with a depth of 16.5 mm.
 
00H36.18 11.5 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 18 mm hole with a depth of 17.5 mm.
 
00H36.24 16.5 mm from the edge that faces the opening, drill a 24 mm hole with a depth of 25 mm.
 

It is important that all hinges are in line.

NOTE: Align the barrel hinge properly before inserting it into the wood. The barrel hinge isn’t designed to be turned once installed.
