Description
The gently arched 6" long blade holder is used with a more relaxed grip than the small holder, making it suitable for use for extended periods of time. It comes with three straight and three curved-edge 1 9/16" (40mm) wide orange blades.
Originally developed for the graphics and auto-detailing industries, the blades are made from a material with natural lubricity. Soft enough to be used on non-stick cookware, automotive paints and other delicate surfaces, they resist common solvents and are slightly flexible.
The straight-edge version conforms to gently contoured surfaces, such as a car window or boat hull.
Not just for concave surfaces, the curved blade keeps the blade corners off the surface and allows for more control at the scraping edge. It can be used with a natural rotating action, varying the pressure and angle of attack.
