Similar to the tool you may have used in geometry class to draw arcs and circles on paper, this compass helps you cut circles of various sizes in rolled-out dough or fondant.
A ruler with marked diameters, for both the pie dish and the corresponding crust size, pivots around a centering tool, so you can cut circles ranging from 5" to 14" in 1" increments, for pie plates or tart pans from 2" to 11". Four interchangeable cutting wheels with straight, scalloped, loose-wave or tight-wave edges slide easily onto the cutting tool and are secured with a magnet. The wheels store conveniently in the center knob when not in use.
Made of BPA-free plastic, the compass is simple to use – and comes without homework.
