We’ve all been there: you plug a cord in, only to find it sticks out so far that you can’t push your furniture back against the wall afterwards. To solve the problem, this simple plug adapter splits power from the outlet into two sockets, one on either side, letting you plug cords in parallel to the wall so they don’t project as far.
The 1 5/8" thick adapter also reduces the risk of fires caused by cords that become kinked or damaged when pressed tight to furniture. With two grounded sockets rated to 15 amps and 120 volts, it is UL/cUL listed for indoor use. A real space saver!
