Two closely spaced blades simultaneously cut along both sides of the membranes between the segments, neatly releasing the fruit.

At the other end of the beech handle, a scalloped blade with a pronounced curve is used to separate the segments from the rind.

A tidy, effective way to prepare grapefruit with minimal mess and waste. Hand wash only.
