Most watering methods are too forceful for seed propagation, washing soil away from seedling roots and disrupting early, tender root growth. Not so with this sprayer. It produces a soft spray through the 3/4" brass rose as you gently squeeze the rubber bottle, giving a light surface watering without disturbing the soil or seedling roots.
A second rose is included for applying anti-fungal powders to prevent damping off, a common fungal problem with seedlings.
The assembled sprayer is 11" long and has a 12 oz reservoir. An invaluable tool to help ensure success when starting plants from seed.
