This apron not only looks good and protects clothes, but also has numerous strategically placed pockets and straps to keep tools and accessories close at hand. Made to our specifications, it is largely 100% cotton canvas, a washable material that is lightweight and durable. The cross-back shoulder straps, designed to prevent neck strain, and the separate waist strap are all adjustable for fit and secure with low-profile, quick-release clips.
At about 24" long by 30" wide, the apron provides good side and front coverage and has a reinforced vent at the bottom for ease of movement when kneeling or walking. One upper pocket has three compartments for pencils or short stakes; the other pocket has a hook-and-loop secured flap to hold items such as glasses or a cell phone.
The two large lower pockets have mesh bottoms to allow dirt to fall through, and elasticized openings to keep contents secure. At the sides, three reinforced holsters hold tools at the ready while elasticized loops and a releasable strap hold just about anything from gloves to twine.
