With a programmable temperature and timer alert, the three-line LCD display shows cooking temperature, set temperature and timer. Set to the target temperature and an alarm will sound when the internal meat temperature has been reached.

To use it, insert the temperature probe into the meat and place them both in the oven. The probe

with 3' long cord lets you read the display outside the oven as the meat cooks. You can watch the progress and, if the

meat is cooking too fast, you can turn down the heat so it is ready at just the right time.

The back of the unit lists USDA-recommended internal cooking temperatures for most meats. It also operates as a timer. Great for cooking juicy chicken and turkey – no more dry birds!
