Car Delivery for Express Store Pick-Up
- Place your order online - choose “Express Store pick up” during check-out.
- Pre-pay with your credit card, Lee Valley gift card, or a combination of both.
- Your emailed order confirmation will have an estimated pick-up time.
- You’ll receive a second email when your order is actually ready for pick-up.
- Call the store when you arrive, give staff your name and order number, and they’ll be happy to bring your order to your car. Make sure you have the purchasing credit card handy so we can quickly verify.

Tried to visit our Ottawa store lately?
The construction work has shifted to a complete closure of the westbound off-ramp from Highway 417 to Pinecrest Road as of November 1, 2021, until the summer of 2023.
Alternative routes include:
- Continue west on the Queensway past Pinecrest/Greenbank exit and take the next exit for Richmond Road. Stay in the right-hand lane until the traffic light, where you will be turning left.
- Turn left on Richmond and go over the bridge.
- Keep in the right-hand lane and get back on the eastbound Queensway.
- Keep in the right-hand lane and take the first exit for Greenbank Road, which is right beside the Lee Valley store.
