for Lee Valley Gift Cards |

- Protect your Lee Valley gift card like cash.
- Lee Valley gift cards do not expire.
- Gift cards can be purchased in any amount over $10.00.
- Any unused balance will remain on your gift card for future purchases.
- Taxes are not charged on the purchase of gift cards. However, applicable taxes will
be charged when a gift card is redeemed for merchandise.
- If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you have not received your e-gift card within
12 hours of placing your order, please
contact us as soon as
possible.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards are issued by Lee Valley Tools.
- Use of a Lee Valley gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Redeeming a Gift Card |

|
|
Our conventional and electronic gift cards are redeemable online, by phone, fax, mail or
at any of our retail store locations in
Canada.
If you have paper gift certificates that were purchased prior to October
2005, you can continue redeeming it by mail order or at our retail stores in Canada.
You are welcome to exchange the paper gift certificates for a gift card, if you
wish to shop online. Please
contact us for more information.

Please visit our gift card page
to check your balance. Simply enter the number located on the back of your card,
or the number from your electronic gift card and click the "Get Balance" button. |

Sending a Gift Card |
|
|
|
|
If you would like the packing slip to be sent to the recipient
without prices or to be sent directly to you, please fill in your wishes in the
"Additional Order Notes" box on the billing information screen during the checkout
process.
We would be happy to include a personalized message with your order. Please indicate
that you would like to include a card and write your message in the "Additional
Order Notes" box.

Creating and Managing a Wish List
|
|
|
|
|
As a registered user, you can create a Wish List to share
with your family and friends, or to keep a list of items that you would like to
purchase for yourself.
To create your Wish List, simply click the "My Wish List" button found in the left
menu bar. On the "Registry" page,
click on the "Manage Your Wish List" button to create a new Wish List or to manage
an existing one.
To add items to your Wish List, items must first be added to your shopping cart.
Once items have been added to your cart you can then move them to your Wish List
by clicking the "Move to Wish List" button. Set your wish list preferences on the
"My Wish List" page to make your wish list available to family and friends or to
send an e-mail announcing your list.

Finding and Ordering from a Wish List
|
|
|
|
|
Enter the person's name, e-mail address or nickname in
the search field on the "Registry" page. Click the name of the Wish
List owner to access that Wish List. If the list has been password protected,
you will be prompted for the password.
|
|
|
|
|
Once you have located your friend or family member's Wish
List, you can purchase items from this list by simply clicking on the shopping cart
button. The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart, where you can then proceed
to checkout or continue shopping.
Wish Lists will be updated as items are purchased from our website.
