Please be assured that during a service interruption at Canada Post, parcels from Lee Valley will continue to be delivered to you via UPS. Please read our FAQs below for more information on how this interruption may impact other areas of our service. In the meantime, let's stay in touch:

  • Sign up for email notifications – sign up to receive email notifications of sales events, special buys, newsletters, free shipping and new products

  • View our catalogs online – sign up to receive notifications when our latest catalogs become available. You can also download them to your phone/tablet or pick them up at our stores.

  • Pre-paid Express Pick-Up – Did you know that you can order online for pick-up at one of our 20 stores across Canada? Find the store nearest you.
 

 

How will you deliver my parcel during the postal interruption?

 
Our parcels will be delivered by UPS. If you live in a remote area not served by UPS, we will not be able to ship to your address until the postal interruption has ended.
 
If you prefer to have your order shipped by Canada Post, we can put your order on hold and ship it when the interruption has ended.
 

 

Can you still ship to my P.O. box during the postal interruption?

 
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a P.O. box address during an interruption. In order to ship your parcel to you, we require a civic (street) address.
 
If you prefer to have your order shipped to a P.O. box address, we can put your order on hold and ship it by Canada Post when the interruption has ended.
 
 

 

How do I make an exchange or return?

 
Please contact our customer service department for details. Returns can also be processed at any of our retail store locations.
 

 

I am waiting for a back order.

 
Back orders will be shipped via UPS as long as you have provided a civic (street) address. If you live in a location not served by UPS, your back order will be shipped once the interruption has ended.
 

 

I need my order quickly. Can I get a faster delivery method?

 
We can ship your order by UPS Express, which will take 2 to 3 business days. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please state this in the "Additional Order Notes" box on the billing information screen during checkout. We will get back to you with shipping quotes and times. To help expedite this process, please make sure we have your correct e-mail address or telephone number. You can also contact our customer service department for a quote.
 

 

How will my catalogs be shipped?

 
We will resume mailing catalogs when the postal interruption has ended. In the meantime, you can view our catalogs online.
