Description
One of the fastest (and cleanest!) ways to remove an egg yolk intact is with this ingenious device. Essentially a silicone bulb with a narrow opening, it uses gentle suction to pull the yolk away from the egg white and into the bulb’s reservoir.
To suction the yolk, just squeeze the bulb, gently touch the yolk and release your grip. Squeeze the bulb again to release the yolk. The reservoir can hold multiple yolks before it needs to be emptied.
Made from food-grade silicone, it is dishwasher safe. About 3 1/2" tall.
