I spoke with Emily, one of your customer-service representatives,
at the Philadelphia Flower Show. We discussed the sweet gum
tree and its gumballs. Enclosed are some gumballs and photos
so you can see what so many people are talking about.

Your Nut & Fruit Gatherer is the best product I have seen
so far for collecting the gumballs. I do have a concern: the
size*. If you are gathering nuts or small apples or gumballs,
you probably are collecting a lot. Could this product be made
in varied sizes?
