To
wit, I called and spent a half hour going over an important
project with a silly twist to it. I was planning a sliding stop
block system for my radial arm saw and compound miter saw and
needed several small hardware parts, including a locking cam.
The dimensions were critical, and your customer representative
couldn't have been more helpful. It was clear that she was a
woodworker as well and she seemed delighted when I told her
that the sliding block would be in the shape of a rabbit. She
asked me to forward pictures when I was done, so here they are.
