Dear Lee Valley,

I'm a longtime (and very satisfied) customer of Lee Valley Tools. One of the reasons goes beyond the quality of the tools; it's the quality of your customer service associates. They are knowledgeable, understand woodworking and don't make you feel like you're just a number when you call with questions.

Rabbit stop block
Stop block with front leg back. Registers radial arm saw.

To wit, I called and spent a half hour going over an important project with a silly twist to it. I was planning a sliding stop block system for my radial arm saw and compound miter saw and needed several small hardware parts, including a locking cam. The dimensions were critical, and your customer representative couldn't have been more helpful. It was clear that she was a woodworker as well and she seemed delighted when I told her that the sliding block would be in the shape of a rabbit. She asked me to forward pictures when I was done, so here they are.
