These are well-made knives. The 4-1/2" long contoured oak handles seat nicely in your hand. The high-carbon steel blades are supported by a brass bolster and secured by a brass through-pin.

Available individually in four styles, or as a set.

Blades are hardened to Rc58-62. Excellent quality, made in Japan.
