The system can be used to hold a workpiece vertically (a great help when building large assemblies or when working in the middle of a large panel) or horizontally against a bench dog or other benchtop stop. The clamps slot into either of two parallel T-tracks in the 8" x 5-1/2" plate, allowing 8" of lateral movement and 360° clamp rotation for best positioning. A versatile retrofit to expand the clamping functions of your bench top (min. 1" and max. 2" thick). Mounting hardware included. Made in USA.
The spring-loaded clamps are available in standard and long-reach models. The standard clamp has a 3" reach and a 4" capacity; the long-reach version has a 6" reach and a 6" capacity. Both are adjustable for clamping force and have hinged foot pivots (with removable non-marring pads) to accommodate odd-shaped material.
