Sanding Belts for Scroll Saws

It often takes longer to sand a scroll saw project than to cut it out. A boon for anyone doing such work, these sanding belts fit most scroll saws that use 5" blades†. On some saws, you might have to remove the throat insert or drill it larger, adjust the blade clamp or simply clip the belt tips to convert them to a pinless style.

Available in 1/4" and 1/2" widths. The assorted pack of 1/4" belts has two 120x belts and one each of 180x and 220x; the 1/2" assorted pack has one each of 80x, 120x, 180x and 220x. Individual grits come in packs of four (1/4" belts not available in 80x). Unless overtensioned, they can do hours of work before requiring replacement.
