Insulated and indestructible, these stainless-steel mugs function much like a vacuum bottle. The double-walled construction prevents rapid temperature change of contents. They will keep coffee hot and, possibly more important, keep cold drinks from producing condensation, which can ruin a table finish (or leave a rust ring on your table saw or jointer bed). Even better, if you knock one of these off the bench, it won't break.
The 12 oz stein has a fully polished exterior. The 19 oz travel mug has a low center of gravity that defeats most attempts at tipping. The travel mug has a satin finish and a rubber ring base.
Both mugs include a friction-fit plastic lid with an O-ring type seal. (Liquid capacity noted includes use of the lid. Replacement lids are available if required.)
