This thin, flexible server solves the first-piece-of-pie removal problem. It closely conforms to the shape of the pie plate, allowing that first slice to be freed for removal intact. It is equally useful for cutting and serving cake.
10" overall. It has a hardwood handle and a 4 3/8" long stainless-steel blade that tapers from 1 1/2" to 3/4" wide at the tip.
