Red and white: unity
Red and yellow: congratulations, happy feelings
Yellow and orange: passionate thoughts
Rose bud: hope, innocence, beauty, youth, awakening love
Red rosebud: purity and loveliness
Single rose: simplicity
Single rose in full bloom: I love you/I still love you
Dried white rose: death is preferable to loss of virtue
Bouquet of roses in full bloom: gratitude
Two roses taped or wired together: commitment or forthcoming marriage
12 roses: gratitude
25 roses: congratulations
50 roses: unconditional love (at least from your florist!)
