No identifying marks can be found on this decorative clamp, but it features an ornamented clamp and thumbscrew, and a feathered pattern on both the top and bottom of the bird. On the bird's back is a small dish that was meant to hold an emery ball. A pincushion could also be held above the clamp beneath the bird's mouth.
