This
was advertised as Hand Hack Saw and manufactured by George H.
Bishop Saw Co., of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, which ceased operations
about 1920. These saws have relatively clear etchings that suggest
they are for sawing metal, nails, etc. Both saw blades are 16"
long. That, along with the handle configuration, suggests that
this blade was part of a combination set popular at the time.
These sets usually had keyhole, compass, small crosscut and
metal cutting blades. They were commonly advertised as a nest
of saws having a removable handle to interchange the blades.

Removable
handle.
