Dear Lee Valley,
Here
are photos of the box you helped me build. The ivory inlaid
rosewood lid was salvaged from a box my father brought from
India, where he was stationed during the Second World War, for
my mother. The other materials used include cocobolo, holly,
rosewood and cherry.
I
couldn't have done it without my Lee Valley Mk.II Power Sharpening
System, chisels, dovetail guide, squirrel-tail palm plane and
scrapers. And of course, it's finished with polymerized tung
oil from Lee Valley.
