Description
A light-colored, medium-density wood often favored for carving, basswood is easy to work, with a fine, even texture that takes detail well.
These whittling blanks are select-grade North American basswood, kiln dried, then milled to consistent dimensions and sanded smooth on all faces.
The three-piece set includes 1 3/4" × 1 3/4" blanks of various lengths.
The 10-piece set includes two 3/4" × 1" × 2", two 3/4" × 1" × 4", three 3/4" × 1 1/2" × 2" and three 3/4" × 1 1/2" × 4" blanks.
