Similar to the tool you may have used in geometry class to draw arcs and circles on paper, this compass helps you cut circles of various sizes in rolled-out dough or fondant.
A ruler with marked diameters pivots around a centering tool, so you can cut circles ranging from 5" to 14" (in one-inch increments). Interchangeable wheels with straight, scalloped or crimped edges snap easily onto the cutting tool, which can also be used separately as a freehand cutter.
Made of BPA-free plastic, the compass is simple to use – and comes without homework. Hand wash only.
