Widely used in settings ranging from commercial agriculture to archival storage, these rugged devices continuously collect temperature, humidity, barometric pressure and other data and store it for retrieval.
They can be used to record greenhouse conditions, track humidity in the woodshop, or monitor weather conditions while hiking or camping. Since they are compact and water resistant, you can place them wherever you need them, indoors or out.
They connect wirelessly to your Apple or Android device from as far as 50', letting you view both real time and historical data; you can also download charts of logged data for analysis.
You can select how often the devices check conditions (from every 2 seconds to every 12 hours) and even set them to notify you (when you are in range) that certain thresholds have been met, such as minimum or maximum temperatures.
Three models are available. The D1 records temperature only and has a 544 day memory when set to log information every two hours.
The D2 model records temperature, humidity, heat stress index and dew point. It has a 340 day memory when set to log information every two hours.
The D3 version records temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, density altitude and pressure trend. It has a 259 day memory when set to log information every two hours.
Temperature recordings are accurate to within 1°F/0.5°C; humidity recordings are accurate to within 2%.
Each model uses a CR2032 button-cell battery (included) that lasts up to a year, depending on usage. Precise and easy to use, all are made in USA.
