This is the original Bundt pan, still made in the same Minnesota factory that has produced them since 1949. It has remained popular for decades since, as the unique design not only creates a distinctive open-centered cake that lends itself well to various fillings and decorations, but also helps the cake bake uniformly; the central channel and thick walls help distribute heat evenly. The non-stick interior means you can count on releasing your cake in one piece with all the detail of the classic fluted form intact. The handles, the only variation on the original design, allow for easy removal from the oven.
Made from cast aluminum with a reflective exterior, it measures 10" in diameter by 3-1/8" high, with a capacity of 10 to 15 cups.
Available separately, the Bundt-pan cookbook is filled with dozens of recipes and tips, not only for baking cakes (from mixes or from scratch), but also for various molded breads, entrées, salads, desserts and other culinary creations.
