Payment Options
  Lee Valley Tools accepts the following payment types for online orders: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We use the latest in secure Internet technology to keep your information safe while you shop online. For more information on security, click here.
  If you prefer, we will also be pleased to accept your order by phone, fax or mail .
  Phone: Call our toll-free numbers and have your credit card handy.
  Fax: Fax us a copy of the order form with the credit card and expiration date.
  Mail: Send in a copy of your order with your credit card information, check, money order, or gift certificate.

  Please note that orders leaving our warehouse are subject to taxes based on the shipping destination.
  Orders being shipped to New York State and Nevada are subject to sales tax*. The sales tax is applied to the order total, including shipping and handling charges.

*Clothing and footwear under $110 per item are exempt in New York State.
Out-of-Stock Items
  Out-of-stock items may be back ordered and will be sent to you as soon as stock is received. You will be charged for the product only when it ships, and you will not be charged twice for shipping and handling. It is important to note that the in-stock date provided is estimated and not guaranteed.
Store Pick-up Orders
Reno, Nevada Express Store
  Our Reno, Nevada Express store is now open to customers. Call ahead to place your order for pick up. Visit the store page for more information.
Canadian Retail Stores
  Store pick-up orders are verified and processed by the store during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive a store pick-up notification e-mail. During business hours, you should receive this e-mail within 2 hours of having placed your order.

Please note: Some orders cannot be processed as prepaid and will require the cardholder to pay for the order at the time of pick up.

Cancelling/Changing Your Order
  If you would like to cancel or change your order, please phone us as soon as possible. You can also e-mail us and we will do our best to find your order before it leaves our warehouse. Have your order number and customer information handy when contacting us so we may better help you.
International Orders
  Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. We will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available. Please note : the prices we quote do not include any customs or duty charges applicable to your order. For more information, see Customs & Duties below.
  To help speed up this process, please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly with your login information. Your order will not leave our warehouse nor will you be charged until we receive an e-mail from you confirming your preferred shipping method.
Customs & Duties
  Your order may be subject to customs and duties (taxes) that are payable, by you, upon receipt of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate their amount as they vary from country to country. You may want to check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
Payment Options
  Lee Valley Tools accepts the following payment types for online orders:

  Your order will be processed in U.S. funds and the total will be converted on your credit card statement by the credit card company.
Out-of-Stock Items
  If an item is on back order, a message will appear stating that the item is out of stock with an expected date of arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders for out-of-stock items, but can hold the order until all items are available to be shipped. If you would like the entire order held, please state this in the "Additional Order Notes" box at the checkout. If an out-of-stock item is ordered accidentally, we will alert you in the confirmation e-mail and ask how you would like to proceed.
  If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please e-mail us for instructions. Unfortunately, shipping costs and return postage are not refundable on international orders.
  If you are placing an order, you have the option of adding the latest catalogs, free of charge, to your order at the checkout. If you would like to request catalogs on their own, please e-mail us us for more information.

Promo Codes
  From time to time you may receive promotions and offers that will include special promo codes.
Redeeming Promo Codes
  Enter the specific alphanumeric code associated with your promotion on the 'Billing Information' page during the checkout process. You will see the promotion reflected on the 'Payment Information' page and your order confirmation e-mail. All promo codes are available for a limited time and can only be used once.
