A brighter, more energy-efficient alternative to conventional fluorescent tubes, this LED fixture makes it easy to add or improve task lighting almost anywhere in your home.
The 4' fixture emits 3800 lumens of natural white light (4000K color temperature) and consumes only 32W. The 180° beam is diffused by a frosted cover of shatter-resistant plastic for broad, even coverage without hotspots or harsh shadows.
You can plug the 5' power cord into an outlet and control the light with the on/off switch; the light can also be hardwired to household power and operated with a standard wall switch or dimmer. You can link up to ten fixtures end to end in a straight, nearly seamless-looking line, using only the supplied press-fit wiring connectors (one included per light) – no additional wiring work needed.
To permit various installation options, each fixture comes with two sets of mounting hardware. When surface mounted on walls or ceilings using the supplied brackets, the fixture projects only 1 5/8"; stainless-steel wires, adjustable from 3" to 3', are also included for hanging the light. Electrical connection ports on the ends as well as on the back of the aluminum housing let you run the wiring inconspicuously, regardless of which mounting option you choose.
