These fittings can be used to connect your machinery to tubing systems or directly to a dust
collector. Made of rigid ABS, unless otherwise stated.
A. 4" Splice
Used for repairs or joining sections of tubing.
B. 4" Elbow
C. 4" Y Connector
D. 4"-2-1/2" Y-Connector
Elbows and Y connectors are used for bends and line drops to individual machines.
E. 4" Blast Gate
Closes off suction to machines not in use.
F. 4"-2-1/2" Adapter
Connects to 2-1/2" diameter systems.
G. 4"-3" Adapter
For machines with 3" outlets.
H. 4" Fitting
Allows you to quickly switch tools without disconnecting and reconnecting hose clamps when using a single dust-collection hose. The tapered connector press-fits for a quick, secure link to any tool's 4" diameter dust outlet.
J. 4" Connector
Allows two 4" ABS fittings to connect directly without a length of hose and clamps.
K. Swivel Connector
Ball-and-socket connector pivots and rotates up to 15° in any direction. One 4" diameter port has an internal taper for a snug press-fit connection to the intake of a portable dust collector; the other port clamp-mounts to 4" coiled hose.
L. 4" Self-Cleaning Blast Gate
Has a modified slider that automatically clears chips from the gate track. Made of steel and cast aluminum.
M. Floor Sweep
Mounts to a workshop floor for easy clean up. Simply sweep messes into the hood and the vacuum takes it from there. Measures 24"x6-1/2"x3-3/4" tall with an opening of 21-1/2"x2".
N. Grounding Kit
Dust collection fittings must be grounded to dissipate static electrical charges. Instructions on how to use copper wire and electrical connectors (available at hardware stores) to ground your system are included with all fittings and tubing. For convenience, we offer a grounding kit consisting of 50' of 14-gauge copper wire, connectors and screws.
