Ideal for custom routing applications, this jig is capable of cutting circles from 6" to 40" in diameter.
Made from 1/4" thick polyethylene plastic, the jig is nearly 24" long and comes predrilled with mounting holes for 26 different plunge router models*. For quick reference and set-up, the surface is machined with an intersecting center and radius benchmark calibrated to produce a 7" disc and 7-1/2" opening with a 1/4" straight bit.
Comes with complete instructions and a pivot pin. Made exclusively for Lee Valley. (Router not included.)
