Hardware Catalog

2006-2007

Dear Customer,

While our respective continents may be drifting apart, the hardware tastes of European and North American consumers continue to converge.

In North America, we have generally had the luxury of solving storage problems with space, particularly in kitchens. When consumers paid attention to cabinet hardware, they were more likely to focus on decorative choices or to manage the total hardware cost, rather than analyzing its function and durability.

On the Continent, space constraints have long put a premium on the efficiency and functionality of hardware. Manufacturers often mention terms like "system" and "programme" in tones approaching reverence, and consumers pay close attention. Hardware is commonly perceived as an asset, and can be as important and enduring a choice as flooring is here.

Of course, having better and more efficient storage doesn't mean that you won't accumulate as much junk in your cabinets – but we can promise you'll be able to root through it much it more quickly and easily.

Cheers,

Robin C. Lee

President
