This is an excellent multi-blade grater set. It includes three grating blades and a 2” wide mandolin-style slicing blade. The grater blades have V-shaped teeth that have been chemically etched to a sharp edge, and the elongated shape lets you take long strokes for efficient grating. The transparent container catches grated material and has markings to let you measure contents up to 3 cups (600ml).
