Description
This rugged, reliable multi-tool is standard issue for the Canadian army, and it’s easy to see why. It has a patented mechanism that lets you deploy the pliers one-handed by flicking them out with a snap of your wrist or by pressing two small buttons to let the handles slide down on their own.
It also includes wire cutters, a wire crimper, a 2 1/2" long file (single-cut one side, double-cut on the other), four screwdrivers (#2 Phillips and #2, #4 and #6 slot), a can opener, a bottle opener and two knife blades (one straight-edged, the other scalloped).
All the tools automatically lock in the open position for safety, with easy-to-use slides to release them. The handles have Imperial and metric rulers (3" and 8cm) and a fold-out ring for attaching a lanyard.
The tool folds to 5" × 1 5/8" × 3/4" and weighs just under 8 oz. Stainless steel with a matte black oxide finish. Comes with a nylon belt pouch.
