Reflective Pest-Control Sheeting

This ground sheeting is remarkably effective at repelling aphids, whiteflies and leafhoppers. By reflecting sunlight up from the ground, it causes the pests to become disoriented by UV rays coming from an unnatural direction, while also attracting beneficial pollinators that are drawn to the light. In addition, the impermeable material works like mulch to block the spread of weeds, and by reflecting the sun's radiant heat, it helps to retain soil moisture, reducing the need for watering in hot weather or warmer climates.

The durable plastic will not readily biodegrade in the elements and can be easily gathered for reuse at the end of the season. Please note: the shiny material doesn't blend inconspicuously into garden foliage, particularly on sunny days. Roll measures 4' × 30'.
