Garlic Press

This is a very good garlic press, yielding a uniform mince that releases garlic's flavor and promotes even cooking. Its comfortably curved handles and sturdy compound hinge (for increased leverage) allow you to press the garlic evenly so it passes through the hopper's holes, leaving minimal waste.

Made of stainless steel and about 7" long overall, it opens fully to expose the crushing plate and hopper for easy cleaning. Hand wash only. An impressive tool.
