Butane Torch Head

Kitchen torches are the go-to tool when you want more precise control than using a broiler to brown, caramelize or char your food.

Designed for use with standard butane canisters (not included), this torch head can be adjusted to produce a clean-burning flame that won’t leave behind the taste of fuel. After 10 seconds of use, it can hold a consistent flame while you tilt and turn it in any direction – even upside-down.

Burns at approximately 2550° to 2730°F (1400° to 1500°C).
