Butter Grating & Spreading Knife

If you've ever tried to wait out cold, hard butter chunks on your rapidly cooling toast, you know it’s just not the best way to start the day. That's why we like this knife that lets you spread butter straight from the fridge.

As you draw the blade across the surface, thin ribbons of butter spiral through the small grating holes and collect on the blade, and because they’re so thin, the butter strands soften more quickly for spreading. The opposite edge of the blade is serrated for cutting.

Slightly longer than 8" and made of stainless steel, this is an excellent alternative to a regular butter knife.
