Item Availability
- Like many other retailers, we are currently experiencing ongoing delays due to disruptions in supply linked to COVID. Expected delivery dates are changing frequently, and we update information as soon as our suppliers advise us. We understand the frustration this creates and like you, look forward to the return of predictable shipments.
Shipping
- Free shipping applies to orders with a merchandise total of $40 or more, excluding the purchase of gift cards, and is for standard ground shipping within Canada and the contiguous United States. For areas not served by regular ground mail (Canada and U.S. only), your shipping quote will be reduced up to a maximum of $15.95. Shipping surcharges still apply.
Stores
- Store showrooms are open to full capacity.
- Provincial mask mandates are changing. We respectfully ask that all staff and customers continue to wear a 3 layer mask that covers both nose and mouth when in our stores. We are happy to provide one should you not have one. If for any reason you require further accommodations, please speak to a staff member in store.
- We continue to encourage you to place orders for car delivery. Please ensure you wait for the confirmation email saying your order is ready before coming to the store. This is still the safest method for you to get the products you need. Click here for more information on Car Delivery.
- As provincial guidelines continue to change due to regional public health regulations, we strongly encourage you to consult the hours and available services at the specific store you would like to visit before doing so. The health of our staff and customers remains our primary concern. Store access may be restricted, or you may encounter line-ups with significant wait times.
