If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 3 months* either by courier, mail or at any of our stores. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a complete refund, including any standard ground shipping charges. We will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground shipping rate.
*30 days for Festool, Grex, Mirka, Rikon and SawStop products.If you would like to return the item(s) by courier or mail, please fill out the reverse side of your packing slip (or use the downloadable Return and Exchange form below) and include it with your return. Print a pre-paid mailing label using the links below, or contact Customer Service to have a label mailed to you. You can choose to return your package to us by UPS or by Canada Post, whichever is more convenient for you.
If there are any issues accessing or printing the UPS or Canada Post pre-paid return label, you may choose to pay for the return ground postage and we will reimburse you once your return is processed.
