While combination tools rarely live up to their promise, we found this dual hand truck and moving cart to be an exception. It unfolds quickly, seamlessly transitioning between a sturdy rolling cart and a hand truck in seconds (and folds back to flat just as easily) to best suit the circumstance.
As a cart, it provides a large 21" × 28" platform for loads up to 300 lb (136kg). The hard rubber tires roll well on uneven surfaces, and since the back wheels swivel, maneuvering the cart is easy. You can also flip up the hand truck bed, reducing the risk of loads slipping or jostling off the platform, especially on bumpy terrain.
As a hand truck, it supports up to 150 lb (68kg), has a 10" × 15" bed and stands about 44" tall with the handle offset for hand clearance when moving tall objects.
When not in use, it folds to a compact 16" × 25" panel only 4 1/2" thick for storage. Weighs 16 lb.
