Shipping Charges & Delivery Times
Shipping Charges
  Shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of the merchandise as listed in the table below. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy or oversize items.
Contiguous US Destinations Charged in U.S. Funds

 $40.01 to $100
 $100.01 to $150
 Orders over $150
  Orders from AK, HI and the U.S. Territories will receive an e-mail quotation with shipping options and rates.
  Please note, some orders will require a separate shipping quote depending on the size and weight of the order.

Expedited Shipping Services
  Our expedited services include UPS Blue (Second-Day Air) or UPS Red (Next-Day Air). Shipping times may vary slightly, depending on the destination. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please state this in the "Additional Order Notes" box on the billing information screen during checkout. We will get back to you with shipping quotes and times. To help speed up this process, please ensure we have your correct e-mail and/or telephone information on your order.
Tracking Your Order
  A tracking number, along with a direct link to track your shipment, will be sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also track your shipments on our website under "Order Status" provided you have registered with us.
  Please note: Tracking numbers are not available for United States Postal Service (USPS and USPP) or international shipments.
Shipping Internationally
Shipping to Canada
  Proceed through the checkout, and on the "Billing Information" screen select "Ship to a different address". Orders shipped to Canada are billed in Canadian funds. Canadian pricing, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs, will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Internationally
  International orders are billed in U.S. funds. Please fit the entire address, including postal code, in the two address lines provided on the "Shipping Information" screen. Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. We will be more than happy to review your order and send you an e-mail with shipping charges and expected delivery times for the shipping methods available. Please note : the prices we quote do not include any customs or duty charges applicable to your order.

Returning an Item
  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 3 months* by ground mail. You can choose to either exchange the product or receive a complete refund (including our regular shipping charges); we will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate. Returns can also be processed at any of our retail store locations.

*30 days for Festool, Grex, and Rikon.
  Returning an Item
  If you would like to return the item(s) by mail, please fill out the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with your return. Alternatively, you can use the downloadable "Return and Exchange" form below. Included with this form is a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on its use. Returns can be sent to:

  International Returns
  If for any reason, you wish to return a product, please e-mail us for instructions. Unfortunately, shipping costs and return postage are not refundable on international orders.
