Comment fabriquer un rangement à légumes



Marche à suivre :

  1. Commencez par fabriquer le cadre qui forme l'avant du meuble. Il vous aidera à vérifier l'équerrage de la carcasse pendant l'assemblage. Les pièces peuvent être assemblées au moyen de faux tenons Domino, de goujons, de lamelles ou par vissage à angle.

  2. Marquez la position des rainures sur l'un des côtés. Dégagez les rainures à l'aide d'une toupie plongeante et d'une mèche droite de 3/4 po en vous appuyant sur un guide de coupe. Reportez la position de ces rainures sur le deuxième côté, puis taillez-les.

  3. Sur les deux pièces de côté, taillez les feuillures arrêtées en utilisant la même mèche de toupie et la même profondeur de coupe. Cette fois, la toupie doit être dotée d'un guide de bordure.

  4. Sur les côtés, toujours, tracez et taillez les pieds du meuble. Tenez compte du fait qu'ils sont décalés vers l'avant en raison de la présence du cadre qui viendra augmenter la profondeur totale du meuble.

  5. Marquez et percez les avant-trous chambrés destinés au vissage des tablettes.

  6. Coupez les tablettes à leur dimension finale. Celles-ci sont à peine plus larges que nécessaire de manière à pouvoir les égaliser, au rabot, avec l'avant du meuble après l'assemblage.

  7. Poncez les deux faces des tablettes et la face intérieure des côtés.

  8. Faites un assemblage à sec de la carcasse. Assurez-vous que le cadre est légèrement plus large que cette dernière. Si ce n'est pas le cas, raccourcissez légèrement les tablettes.

  9. Collez et assemblez la carcasse. Assurez-vous que les tablettes s'alignent bien sur le bord de la feuillure à l'arrière des côtés et vissez le tout.

  10. Posez le meuble sur le dos et rabotez l'avant des tablettes pour les rendre égales aux côtés.

  11. Encollez le cadre et mettez-le sous serre. Utilisez-le pour procéder aux ajustements d'équerrage du meuble si besoin est. Dans une pièce de rebut, coupez des bouchons avec le coupe-bouchon Snug-Plug et collez-les dans les trous de vis.

  12. Quand la colle est sèche, arasez les bouchons avec la surface des côtés.

  13. Collez et clouez la moulure de corniche.

  14. Assemblez les portes selon la technique utilisée pour le cadre et laissez sécher la colle. Sur la table à toupie, utilisez une mèche à feuillure et taillez une feuillure de 1/4 po × 1/2 po tout le tour de l'intérieur des portes. Équarrissez les coins de la feuillure avec un ciseau à bois. Poncez, ajustez et posez les portes.

  15. Peinturez l'extérieur du meuble et des portes. L'intérieur demeure non fini. Posez les planches à rainure et languette qui forment le dos du meuble.

  16. Retirez les portes, et insérez les panneaux décoratifs que vous fixerez à l'aide des baguettes de 1/4 po × 1/2 po. Reposez les portes.
