Issues receiving Lee Valley emails

With Outlook, Hotmail, Office 365 & Live Domains

If our email is going to your Spam or Junk folder, please add Lee Valley to your Safe Senders list. Marking email as “Not junk” also helps us improve our service.

You will receive emails from Lee Valley using the following email addresses:


Adding us to your Safe Senders list

To ensure messages from Lee Valley don’t get moved to your Junk Email folder, add the addresses above to your Safe Senders list:

  1. Open your Safe Senders settings.
    New versions of Microsoft Outlook- found on the Home tab, click Junk, and then select Junk E-mail Options.
    Office 2010- found on the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then select Junk E-mail Options.
    Office 2007- found on the Tools menu, click Options and on the Preferences tab under email, select Junk email and then the Safe Senders tab.
  2. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the Lee Valley email addresses above and select Add.
  3. Select Save.

Marking email messages as Not junk

  1. Open your Junk Email folder and select our email.
  2. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the “It's not junk” link at the top.
  3. Alternatively, right click on our email and under Junk, mark our email as Not Junk.
  4. If you've blocked us by mistake, open your Blocked senders list and select the delete icon next to our name.
