Developed for shallow pours, such as coasters, trays and art casts,* this resin sets quickly; molds can be released in about 24 hours, and the piece can be machined immediately. Its curing process generates less heat than other formulations, which helps reduce shrinkage and distortion. It also lets trapped air escape readily, reducing the chance of bubbles remaining in the cured resin or the need to fill voids caused by bubbles migrating to the surface.

The cured resin is water-clear and free of optical distortion. It can be tinted with EcoPoxy liquid and metallic pigments; EcoPoxy glitter can be sprinkled atop the wet surface for accent effects.

Mix ratio is two parts resin to one part hardener by volume. Working time is roughly 6 to 7 hours at 1/2" thickness and 4 to 5 hours at 1". Pour depths range from 1/4" to 1" per layer, up to 3 litres per pour. Full cure typically occurs in 3 to 7 days. Temperature for curing should be 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F).

For indoor projects only. Shelf life is up to 2 years unopened when stored between 15° and 25°C (59° to 77°F), and about 3 months once opened.

Made in Canada.
